Wells fargo Napa
The historic Wells Fargo building located in Napa, California, consists primarily of a 1923 Beaux Arts Classic reinforced concrete building. Originally contracted to prepare the documents for routine repainting, MCA soon realized a full restoration program was necessary to repair or replace the stucco, deteriorated concrete, missing ornamental trim, and lead bearing paints. MCA oversaw the restoration of existing windows, walls, and finishes. The major exterior renovation ensured the safety and continuing beauty of the building, and in 2006 the Napa County Historical Society honored the Bank of Napa with the Award of Merit for Historic Preservation.
